HAAS+SOHN Rukov, s.r.o., a leading Czech manufacturer of fireplace and pellet stoves as well as fireplace inserts, would like to assure its customers and business partners that the insolvency problems of its sister company HAAS+SOHN Ofentechnik GmbH in Puch, Austria, have no impact on the operations or financial stability of the Czech company. All business relations, production and distribution of our products continue without any restrictions.

Customers and business partners of HAAS+SOHN Rukov, s.r.o. can rely on us to continue to provide the same quality products and services to which they are accustomed. Our company is an independently operating entity with its own resources, management and market.

This is a different legal entity which is not directly linked to our company by capital. Our commitments to our customers and partners remain unchanged and we look forward to further successful cooperation.
